Although it is usable if there is a lack of better options, SG Flat is severely outdated and outclassed by parts such as the faster Storm Grip Base (Dragoon S)and the faster, longer-lasting SG Metal Flat 2 (Gaia Dragoon V). There is no reason to desire this BB outside of collection purposes.
